Steps to Claim ASUS Warranty

1. Check Your Warranty Coverage

Before initiating a claim, verify your product's warranty status. Locate your product's Serial Number (S/N) and enter it into the official ASUS Warranty Status Inquiry portal.

2. Prepare Your Information

To ensure a smooth process, have the following ready:

• Your device's Serial Number.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid purchase invoice from an authorized dealer. If you cannot provide a valid purchase invoice, the warranty period will be calculated based on the product's manufacturing date determined by the serial number.
• A clear description of the issue.

3. Run Diagnostics via MyASUS (Recommended)

If your device is functional, ASUS highly recommends using the MyASUS app (available for Windows and mobile). It allows you to run system diagnostics, update drivers, and communicate directly with customer support to log an issue.

4. Contact ASUS Support Malaysia

Reach out to ASUS technical support to initiate a claim or request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):

5. Service Methods

Important Warranty Information

• Voiding the Warranty: The standard warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized disassembly or installation, natural disasters, or contact with liquid.
